Behind The Scenes
EVER WONDER HOW MY PIECES COME TO LIFE ?
Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look into the studio.
I begin by sculpting each design in jeweler’s wax, which allows me to shape every detail by hand. Once the form is refined and the surface smooth, I prepare the piece to be sent for casting, where it’s transformed into either silver or gold.
When the metal version returns to the studio, I carefully clean, refine, and polish the piece. I always aim for a mirror finish, bright, shiny, and free of marks or imperfections.
I’ve also learned the basics of stone setting, and now I set each gemstone myself. I only choose stones that truly speak to me, ones that inspire the piece, and I always make sure I know where they come from.
Once a piece is finished, I usually take a few photos and share the process on social media. I love filming each step to show that every piece is handcrafted from start to finish, using high-quality materials and a lot of care.
