How does it work?

✦ When you fill in the form below, I’ll review your request and let you know if the project is possible.
Please keep in mind that bespoke work has starting prices (materials are costly and each piece requires many hours of work).

✦ The usual timeline for a bespoke creation is 5 to 7 weeks before shipping, so please take this into account before making a request.
Every piece is made entirely by hand, starting with a wax model.

✦ Once your project is accepted, you will receive a quotation to read carefully and approve.
At that stage, I ask for a deposit of the agreed price to begin production, without it, I cannot start the work. This deposit is non‑refundable. After payment, I move forward with production, keeping you updated along the way.
When the piece is finished and before shipping, the final balance will be requested, only once this is settled can your jewel be shipped to you.

✦ Modifications can sometimes be accommodated if they’re minor; significant changes after the design is confirmed may not be possible or may incur additional costs.

✦ Please note that gemstones (whether natural or lab‑created) can show subtle variations in color, tone, and character; minor inclusions or growth features may be present. These nuances are normal and contribute to each piece’s uniqueness.

All designs remain the intellectual property of Arielle Joaillerie. I do not copy designs from other brands.
