TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This shop offers handmade jewelry crafted in France.
Each piece is unique, and photos are as accurate as possible. Slight differences may occur due to screen settings or the artisanal process.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
By validating an order, the customer acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS). Acceptance is necessary in order to place an order on the site.
3. PRICES & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in euros (€), VAT not applicable (Article 293 B of the French Tax Code).
Orders are paid at confirmation via credit card or Klarna installment payment.
Installment payments via Klarna are available with no fees to the customer. By choosing Klarna at checkout, the customer agrees to Klarna’s terms. Payments are automatically split (3 or 4 times depending on the country) on the card used.
Arielle Joaillerie receives the full payment at the time of purchase, allowing production to begin immediately.
Production Time as stated on each product page, pieces are made to order. A production time of 3-4 weeks (excluding shipping) is required. Klarna payments do not shorten this timeline.
Price Changes: I reserve the right to modify prices and shipping fees at any time. Prices applicable are those in effect at the time of order validation.
Orders must be paid in full to be processed. Unpaid orders will not be fulfilled.
4. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME
Shipping areas: I ship worldwide, including within France and internationally.
Duties and taxes: Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply depending on the destination country.
These costs are not included in your purchase and will not be covered or reimbursed by Arielle Joaillerie under any circumstances.
If a customer refuses to pay these fees or complains afterward, no refund, exchange, or compensation will be provided. It is your responsibility to research and be aware of the import rules and charges in your country before placing an order.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address: If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, any additional shipping costs for redelivery will be at the customer’s expense.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method. All shipments are tracked and fully insured : 
Free DHL Express shipping for orders over €800 with the code WITHLOVE ⚠️ The code must be entered manually at checkout.
Please note: Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery. Arielle Joaillerie is not responsible for any additional charges.
No refund or compensation will be granted for packages returned due to unpaid duties or refused delivery. These costs remain solely the responsibility of the customer
I strongly advise you to check local regulations before placing your order.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or clearly personalized items.
All pieces sold on this site are made-to-order according to customer specifications (size, metal choice, etc.). Therefore, no return, exchange or refund will be accepted once the order is confirmed.
Please make sure to check your ring size and customization options carefully before placing your order. If you have any doubts, feel free to reach out, I'm happy to guide you before production begins.
6. LEGAL WARRANTY
In compliance with French law, rings are covered by:

Legal warranty of conformity: If the item differs from its description or has visible flaws.

Warranty against hidden defects: If a hidden defect renders the item unsuitable for use.

All jewelry, images, and content on this website are original works protected under French intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, imitation, or commercial use without prior written permission constitutes a violation and may result in legal action. This includes photos, descriptions, and any site graphics.
8. LIABILITY AND RIGHT OF REFUSAL I reserve the right to refuse any order or sale to any individual without justification.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES These GTCS are governed by French law.
Dispute resolution: In case of a dispute, customers can seek mediation via the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Jurisdiction: In the absence of amicable resolution, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located at the company's registered address.
For international orders, any contract is governed by French law. In case of dispute, the customer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of French courts.
