Shipping and delivery

MADE TO ORDER PIECES 
Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted, which means a processing time of up to  3–4 weeks is required before shipping.

CUSTOM ORDER (BESPOKE CREATIONS)
- Invoice/Agreement: The project details, design, and price must be validated and agreed upon through a signed invoice or quotation (“devis”) before any payment is made.

- Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm any custom order. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. The amount is stated in the quote or invoice and may be adjusted if required to cover material costs. Production will not begin until the deposit is received.

- Obligation: Once the deposit has been paid, the client is hereby obligated to complete the project. No cancellation will be accepted after work has started; cancellation will result in the loss of the deposit.

- Production Timeline: Standard production time is between 5 to 7 weeks (excluding shipping). This timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and sourcing of materials.

- Modifications: Reasonable modifications may be considered before or during production. However, substantial changes or new requests outside the initial agreement are not guaranteed and may incur additional costs.

- Intellectual Property: All designs, models, sketches, and creative concepts remain the sole intellectual property of Arielle Joaillerie, even if the project is based on client input.

Shipping areas: I ship worldwide, including within France and internationally.

Duties and taxes: Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply depending on the destination country.

These costs are not included in your purchase and will not be covered or reimbursed by Arielle Joaillerie under any circumstances.

If a customer refuses to pay these fees or complains afterward, no refund, exchange, or compensation will be provided. It is your responsibility to research and be aware of the import rules and charges in your country before placing an order.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address: If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, any additional shipping costs for redelivery will be at the customer’s expenses.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method. All shipments are tracked and fully insured : 



Please note: Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery. Arielle Joaillerie is not responsible for any additional charges. 

No refund or compensation will be granted for packages returned due to unpaid duties or refused delivery. These costs remain solely the responsibility of the customer
